started my arabic module 4 yesterday. alhamdulillah, although module 3 was hellish-ly difficult, i still managed to scrape pass the exam paper with a 78.5% pass. a drop, yes. coz i always scored 80% and above for the previous modules. but, it's ok (la ba's in arabic)... as long as pass, dah cukup baik, correct?
i got an sms notification from the school that i passed but i was eagerly waiting for the marks. coz i had expected a 50% - 60% pass je. So when I received my paper yesterday, I was really pleasantly surprised!
and i am very glad that the teacher in module 3 is still teaching us in module 4. im so accustomed to his teaching already. he's fun and easy for us students to communicate with. he makes the class very lively all the time. im so glad he is my teacher.
we did a review of the paper and then had a taste of what module 4 is all about. and again, i'm so happy to know that module 4 is more about conversations and listening more than writing and memorising. i donno, for me, i think, the worst is over mwahahahahahaha...!! im more of a practical person than a theory person. i can converse in arabic better than writing/reading it.
but my textbook is so blardy thick. it's 400+ pages. i tot the module 3 book was thick, this one beats the record lah deyyy... but then, what's learning without sacrifices, correct? so every wednesday, got to tell the shoulders to bear the weight of the book in the bag hehehehe...!!
returned home all smiles and happy and got to eat my favorit dish, ammi's paru sambal, and went to sleep - like a log. heh.
